Haddon Home Care will host a free senior resource expo for older adults and their families Thursday, April 2, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Collingswood Grand Ballroom, 315 White Horse Pike in Collingswood, New Jersey. Admission is free, with a light lunch and refreshments provided.
Attendees can explore services aimed at supporting health, safety and quality of life, and sit in on free “Ask the Expert” sessions focused on dementia support, eldercare financial and legal planning, and related topics. Sponsors and vendors include dozens of South Jersey-area businesses and community resources, such as assisted living communities, physical and occupational therapy providers, hospice and home care providers, elder law and estate planning attorneys, police and fire safety representatives, advocacy and community programs, memory care communities and medical specialists.
Raffles at the event will benefit The Tender, a nonprofit that provides an Alzheimer’s respite social day care program.
Haddon Home Care offers hourly and live-in home care for older adults and adults with disabilities, specializing in Alzheimer’s and dementia care, with additional services including care navigation, case management and its CareReady Emergency service.
